YOUTH

FPC Youth Ministry

Hello friends!  The youth ministry of FPC seeks to provide young people a safe place to grow in the faith by encouraging questions, building relationships, exploring the Bible and discussing relevant issues facing young people today.

During the traditional school year September through April, youth fellowship meets in person on Sunday nights at 5:30pm in the Youth Room (Room 212 on the second floor).  Each Sunday night, youth experience fellowship through games and recreation, as well as a devotional led by one of the adult youth advisors.

Sunday mornings during the school year, we have a more traditional Sunday School class to learn about and grow in faith

Confirmation 2024

This year’s confirmation class for 6th-8th graders in January 14-March 3, 2024 with Confirmation Sunday on March 24, 2024. Confirmation is about helping young people claim the baptismal promises for themselves. In working towards helping young people make the decision to formally join the church for themselves, this class will explore what it means to be a member of a church, what we believe as Presbyterians, and how we live out our faith a followers of Christ.
