Don’t run from the roar.
Face it.
Don’t run from the roar.
Face it.
Life is full of “roars.” Shame, depression, grief, anger, and anxiety can feel overwhelming.
Our natural instinct is to run away from these emotions—but that often leaves us trapped.
What if instead, you could learn how to face them head-on and come out stronger?
That’s exactly what this three-week series with Dr. Jerry Bockoven is all about.
Using stories, metaphors, and the practice of radical acceptance,
you’ll discover how to move through difficult emotions
and stay focused on what really matters in life.
Thursdays, October 9, 16, and 23
