Presbyterian
Women is a proud organization and proud of their history. But it would be a mistake to believe that PW is incapable of changing to meet the ever changing needs of the women it serves and their mission to share the Good News at home and abroad.
Presbyterian Women is a very active and vital ministry here at First Presbyterian Church.
In fact, many PW women hold positions of leadership at the Presbytery level and GA level. Terri Sherman is the past moderator of Homestead Presbytery’s PW organization and Treasurer for the Presbyterian Women of the Synod of Lakes & Prairies. Joan Berglund is the present Historian at the national level.
Come and be apart of this wonderful organization.
