Presbyterian Women’s purpose:
Forgiven and freed by God in Jesus Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit

The Presbyterian Women have a morning and afternoon bible study as well as an after work bible study for all women interested in studying the latest Horizon’s Bible Study, entitled, “Who is Jesus” written by Judy Yates Siker.

Presbyterian Women have three church-wide annual events:

  • Gift’s of Women’s Service in March
  • Birthday Offering in April
  • Thank Offering in the fall

Service and mission projects include:

  • To nurture our faith through prayer and bible study
  • To support the mission of the church worldwide
  • To work for justice and peace and
  • To build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (USA) and witnesses to the promise of God’s Kingdom
  • Complete hygiene and school kits for the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance Program
  • Sew for mission
  • Host dinners and receptions for church events
  • McPhee School backpack program
  • Church Women United
  • Provide food for Youth Group Sunday night dinners
