There will be an organizational meeting for everyone traveling with us on the Spring Fellowship Trip (May 18-20, 2012) at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2012. We will meet in Great Hall and review the trip schedule and activities, transportation, lodging, meals, items to bring, and costs. We hope to see you all there. Friday, May 18

12:30 p.m.* Leave church parking lot
5:00 p.m.* Picnic (bring your own meal) at the Forest west of Halsey
6:30 p.m. Check-in at Sandhills Motel, Mullen
7:15 p.m. Evening program along the Middle Loup River, north of Mullen

Saturday, May 19

6:30 p.m. Catered breakfast Senior Citizens’ Center, Mullen
7:15 a.m. Leave for Spike Box Ranch, north of Mullen
8:00 a.m. Arrive at Spike Box Ranch (Ted Turner bison ranch)
11:30 a.m. Arrive at Jumbo Valley Fen (peat land) and eat sack lunch (catered)
2:00 p.m. Arrive at Gudmundsen Sandhills Laboratory (research center, UNL)
5:30 p.m. Arrive at Sandhills Motel, Mullen
6:30 p.m. Supper at The Rustic, Mullen

Sunday, May 20

7:00 a.m. Catered breakfast at Senior Citizens’ Center, Mullen
7:45 a.m. Leave for Chris and Sherry Vinton’s Ranch
9:00 a.m. Arrive at Vinton’s Ranch south of Whitman
11:00 a.m. Eclipse Church for worship service and sack lunch (catered)
1:00 p.m. Leave for Lincoln
